Delete your account

You can delete your account from the account settings in the app.

Before confirmation, the app explains which data is deleted or anonymized and which records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

If you cannot access the app, open a support ticket and choose Account / Delete account.

Deleting the game account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. Cancel renewal separately through Apple or Google.
